With a mere four days to go to my favorite cookie decorating holiday, my second sweet Valentine's Day Spotlight, promised over three weeks ago, is long overdue - but well worth the wait!
Without further ado, here you have it: the hottest hearts, love birds, and other romantic cookies that have graced our site this week.
As always, the techniques represented in this week's featured cookies are many - everything from stamping and brush embroidery to textured fondant and the most elegant of hand-piping. In addition to being smitten with the beauty of these cookies, you will learn a bunch by studying how each has been lovingly crafted.
