Hey, all! This week's Saturday Spotlight is taking on a very different shape than the norm (and coming a day early) for a couple of reasons: (A) I'm on "vacation" this weekend, and my husband is likely to wring my neck if I spend any time on the computer, and (B), if (A) wasn't good enough reason, there are a couple of important site "events" that I thought everyone should know about first and foremost.
First, The Cookie Architect's first-ever Practice Bake Perfect challenge closes on Saturday, May 31 at 12 midnight (heading into June 1). There's still time to put your last-minute touches on your challenge cookies, so fill up those pastry bags and get piping.
