I just returned from my first holiday party of the year, and, boy, did it ever put me in the Christmas spirit! (And solidly remind me that I need to get cracking on my decorating!) The outside of the house was festooned with colorful lights; the hostess had at least four Christmas trees; the buffet table was dressed to the nines with poinsettia and greens; and the wine and goodies were delish. Though, sadly, there wasn't a Christmas cookie in sight. (Can you believe it?!) So after the requisite pleasantries, which I kept short and sweet, I hastened home to get my weekly fix of your delights. And they didn't disappoint!
On this week's hot list*, we have a few oldies-but-goodies that were first posted long ago, but which resurfaced again this week, thanks to Christmas traffic from other sites. In addition, we've got a number of cookies that were posted to the site just this week. But whether new or old, each cookie set embodies the spirit of Christmas and is a true joy to behold. Now, if I could only reach through the computer screen and steal a few bites! That buffet left me famished!
Enjoy, and congrats to this week's honorees!

So that no one has an unfair advantage in making it onto a hot list, the algorithm is secret even to site administrators. Only our platform developers know the code, which has been exhaustively tested by those developers and Cookie Connection staff.
