Ooooh, it's another one of those eclectically beautiful times, when we're fresh off one holiday and not yet ready for the next, and we find our cookies taking on wide-ranging themes that often defy our own imaginations. Admittedly, a few people on today's hot list* have hopped right onto Easter, but many are wavering in that nebulous space somewhere between Valentine's Day and spring. As you'll see below, our honorees are delighting us this week with everything from hearts and Easter bunnies to water lilies, embroidery, architecture, and even neoclassical garden scenes! And each and every cookie is absolutely gorgeous!
