Hey, all! I need to be super snappy with this post, as I'm teaching at The Bake Fest all weekend, and I still have some prep yet to do tonight. Aside: As a means of enticing last-minute class-goers to join the event, I submit this collage of my recently re-done demo project (a 3-D napkin ring cookie!). In teaching it, I cover 12-plus techniques, all of which can be used on easier 2-D cookies. Then, in addition to my class, there are about 30 other sessions (including a keynote address by the legendary Rose Levy Beranbaum), and video recordings of everything so you can watch on your own time if you can't make the live event.
Remember, tickets are 15% off with JULIAMUSHER15 through the event, which runs all day on October 5 and 6.
Anywho, thanks for patiently listening.
