With the frenzied prep for my next video shoot (next weekend) coming to a close, it's nice to finally be able to relax for more than a sec and to really savor what's on this week's hot list*. And savor I have - this week's roundup is quite the sight for tired eyes! It's got tons of cheery Valentine's Day ideas (hearts, gnomes, love letters, etc.), as well as a smattering of other lovely things, including the first Practice Bakes Perfect Challenge #38 entry, an equestrian set, and a violet baby shower sampler. (BTW, If you haven't yet checked out Challenge #38, please do. It's a special collaboration in honor of @Bakerloo Station's last challenge, and I really want you all to send her off in style! )
Speaking of style, let's see all the snazzy designs you guys delivered this week! But before the first reveal, special congrats to Spotlight veteran @Teri Pringle Wood for three hot-listed photos, to @The Vintage Cookie Jar for two mentions, and to newcomer @Jen of Joyful Valley for her Spotlight debut! Woo hoo!

And that's a wrap for this week! Congrats again, everyone!
Even though I'll be fresh off a video shoot on February 1, I still plan to bring you a Spotlight at the usual place and time. However . . . please note that, the following Saturday (February 8), I will be traveling and therefore unable to post. That being said, bring your A-games next week, folks (silly me, as if you need a reminder )! That way, we can savor the upcoming Spotlight for a solid two weeks!
So that no one has an unfair advantage in making it onto a hot list, the algorithm is secret even to site administrators. Only our platform developers know the code, which has been exhaustively tested by those developers and Cookie Connection staff.
