Hi, all! I'm still in Maine on vacation, tending to some stonework that's being done for me, and also working on digital design boards to help visualize renovated rooms in need of furnishings.

In between all of this designing, I took a brief trip to Vermont to visit my college roomies. We stayed at the dreamy Inn at Shelburne Farms, a stately old Vanderbilt mansion. We did a lot of bike-riding, hiking, eating, and basically just living in the moment (something I rarely do). The visit was capped off with a magical double rainbow sighting - the likes of which I'd never seen.

As I sat down to write this post, I caught myself looking ahead to tomorrow and bemoaning the end of vacation and return to reality. But, fortunately, your cookies, particularly those on this hot list*, worked their own special magic and transported me back to the joyous present.

Absolutely enchanting, was I not right?! See you next week after I have returned to Missouri, where it'll be all (two) hands on deck as I embark on a new video-making venture. It's definitely a bittersweet back-to-reality for me!
