Heck, after four straight days of cookie decorating, cookie teaching, and cookie chat in my Ningbo classes (glimpse below), even I wasn't sure I ever wanted to see another cookie again. Especially one of my own designs! (After all, 16 identical geodesic dome cookies, each with 40 nearly identical diamond cookies on top, can be pretty tedious!

But, you all never fail to reinvigorate my cookie passion with your ingenuity and flawless technique. After taking in this week's hot list*, I was, once again, spurred to sharpen my design pencil, open my sketch book, and conjure up some new cookies in order to stay fresh - and to fuel my next course!
