Welcome to our first-ever Saturday Spotlight, where we at Cookie Connection plan to feature the hottest cookies/decorators each week in various (ever-changing and sometimes unpredictable!) categories.
Since Father's Day is imminent, it seemed only appropriate that we honor the best of this class this week (teaser, immediately below). If you still have last-minute decorating to do for your loved ones, I guarantee you'll find tons of inspiration throughout this week's complete Top 10 Hot List.
A word about how the rankings are determined, before the BIG reveal: The rankings are not at all subjective. In fact, they are determined essentially by you, our members, and the activity (number of views, likes, and comments) you've bestowed on each photo this week. The site uses a top-secret algorithm* that weighs these various factors to determine which photos are trending most quickly (i.e., are the "hottest") over specified periods of time. As such, the hot list at the time of this announcement may look a little different a few hours or a day from now as more photos are added to the site. But here's who was hottest over the previous week at this very special moment in time!
