Hi, all! I'm back after a weekend off to visit cookie friends, and I couldn't be more invigorated - both from my time away and from the sight of the beautiful designs topping our hot list* this week. What a splendid array of color, texture, and detail! Well done!
Since Practice Bakes Perfect Challenge #41 (our flower challenge) is in full tilt, there are naturally many floral cookies in the top ten, but this week's list also boasts architecture (like the stunning Japanese castle in the cover image), sea creatures, lemons, and assorted other themes. I guarantee, you're going to love everything you see!
Since I'm still traveling for another several days and my internet connection has been consistently bad, I'm not going to tempt fate by chit-chatting too much at the top of this post. God forbid, my internet connection konks out mid-post . . . as it's had a habit of doing all week . . .
