It's that time once again when I settle into my comfy living room couch with a glass of wine and computer in hand and proceed to be astounded by the gorgeous cookies gracing our hot list*! Y'all have outdone yourselves this week!
While we had everything from finely painted bugs to whimsical back-to-school characters garnering the most views, comments, and likes this week, we also had a larger than usual representation of Practice Bakes Perfect Challenge #24 entries. As you may recall, our current challenge (which runs through September 9, BTW) is all about repurposing a standard butterfly shape into three non-butterfly things. So amidst those bugs and students, you'll find a host of butterflies masquerading (quite cleverly, I might add) as turtles, mice, dogs, cats, party masks, pelicans, candelabras, cheerleaders . . . the list goes on . . .
So, let's get started with this week's unveiling, shall we?! It just so happens that the number one spot contains one of those brilliant challenge entries I just mentioned . . .
