Oooh, so exciting! My all-time fave cookie holiday is nearly here, so there's no time like the present to celebrate our top-trending Valentine's Day cookies with another valentine-themed Spotlight! (Our first one of 2019 posted two weeks ago, here.)
Naturally, hearts are well represented on this week's hot list*, but Practice Bakes Perfect challenge entries, roses, lace, and ruffles also feature prominently. Some cute-as-a-button animal-pals and love birds also factor in. No matter how wildly divergent their motifs, all of this week's honorees have one thing in common: they will make you fall head over heels! (I know, I know . . . I couldn't resist throwing in at least one Valentine's Day idiom. Please humor me!
