Hi, all! We've got a fabulous roundup of cookies this week - mostly ones intended for Valentine's Day and others with pretty bows for Watch-Learn-Create Challenge #58! Tomorrow, I have my first cookie decorating class of the year, and I'm super fortunate to have the fabulous @LisaF joining me as my online assistant. I can't wait to see Lisa and to kick off class, but that means getting up at 5:30 am tomorrow to finish prep and also keeping this Spotlight very brief so I can get to bed. Please note that I may not have time to post it to social media until Saturday evening or even Sunday, a little later than usual, but it will eventually be revealed to the internet in its full glory!

I absolutely love the unexpected colors and painting on her valentine! And, last but not least, congrats to @Manu biscotti decorati for landing in our number one spot with a riff on one of her recent tutorials; to @Yazz Ross for being recognized twice this week; and to @Angelica Patah for her first appearance in a Spotlight. Her cookie makes me smile every time I see it, and I imagine it will have the exact same effect on you!

Congrats again, everyone! One last housekeeping note before I crash: I will be out of the country from Wednesday evening of next week to the following Monday, so even though Manu has already begun work on the Challenge #58 recap, it is unlikely that I will be able to post it next weekend. In all likelihood, it will post sometime the week I return. It's bound to be a good one, judging from the caliber of cookies already entered, so be sure to remain on the lookout for it.
